For orders under $69 a shipping cost of $5,98 is charged.
All orders over $69 will be delivered for free.
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to service@slimswimsuit.com. We will see what is still possible.
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to service@slimswimsuit.com and we will contact the shipping company.
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly, and unfortunately cannot make updates to an address or shipping method after the order has been placed.
If your order has already been packaged for shipment, we are unable to cancel your order and recommend that you request a return labe. If you need to change size or color of the item you purchased, we would be happy to get an exchange label for you to send back your original items as soon as you receive them! Please note, we are unable to cancel or change shipping methods for Instant Exchanges.
First, double-check your shipping address on your ordering information. Second, check the area where the carrier would have left it.
Third, check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. Or you can call the carrier with your tracking information.
Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers may scan items as delivered prior to arrival. Thanks for your patience.

• We accept exchanges & returns within 30 days of receiving.
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
• We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.
• Exchanges:
- For any exchange caused by our error, we provide free replacements with no additional charges.
- However, starting from the second exchange, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Returns and Refunds:
- In the event that a customer chooses to return an item for a refund, please note that SLIM does not provide free return shipping.
- SLIM can provide a return label for the convenience of the customer, but a processing fee of $9.9 USD will be applicable and charged to the customer.
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
Finding the perfect Swimsuit can be tough. Luckily, with our 100% Fit Guarantee, you get easy returns or exchanges for another size or product. To issue a request:
- You can simply email our customer care team service@slimswimsuit.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request. As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking with us.
Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route;
for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Currently, we can only issue a refund to the original payment method, meaning that we cannot issue a refund to a new account or card.
If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, please consult the bank first. You can reach out to us at service@slimswimsuit.com if you need further assistance.
If you are not totally in love with how they feel or fit, simply exchange or return them within 30 days, please feel free to contact us for a return label. Email to service@slimswimsuit.com.* One return label for per order.
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@slimswimsuit.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
