Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we have formulated the following detailed return and refund policy. Please read carefully before requesting a return or refund, as it covers all applicable terms and procedures.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or refund. To qualify, the items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and free gifts included in the order).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered (including items with marks, scents, or stains caused by makeup, perfume, or other beauty products).
  • Returns requested due to non-quality issues, such as personal preference, change of mind, or minor color discrepancies that do not affect product use.
  • All shipments in transit are non-returnable until delivery is completed and the package is officially received by the customer. Once the carrier marks the package as "delivered" in their tracking system, the standard return policy will apply.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
  • Customer covers return shipping: If the return is due to customer reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
  • Seller covers return shipping: If the return results from seller errors, such as sending the wrong item, defective products, or other quality issues.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Request a Return: Submit a return request via our customer service email, including your order number, detailed return reason, and photo proof (if applicable, such as photos of product defects).
  2. Approval: Our team will review your return request within 1-3 business days and notify you of the approval result via email.
  3. Ship Back: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the specified return address within 5 days and provide the shipping tracking number to our customer service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets return eligibility), we will process the refund within 3 business days.

5. Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: Only the item price will be refunded (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to arrive in your account depends on your payment provider, but you will receive the refund within 3 business days after we initiate the refund.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

I. Cancellation Window

  • Standard Products: You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it.
  • Pre-sale/Custom Products: Please follow the specific cancellation timeframe stated on the product page (usually 2 hours after ordering).

II. Cancellation Conditions

  • Allowed: Cancellation requests submitted before the order is marked as "Shipped" by us.
  • Not Allowed: Cancellation is no longer possible if the order status is already "Shipped."

III. Late Processing Policy

If we fail to ship your order within the required processing timeframe (1-3 business days for regular orders; 1-5 business days for promotional periods, which will be announced in advance), the cancellation restriction will be automatically lifted, and you may cancel the order at any time.

7. Exchange Policy

  • For any exchange caused by our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we provide free replacements with no additional charges.
  • Starting from the second exchange for the same order, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, which is $14.99.
