Shipping Policy

We will process your order and prepare the package within 1-3 natural days after receiving your payment. If your order is placed on a holiday, the processing time will be extended by the number of holiday days (processing will resume on the first working day after the holiday).

We currently ship to the following regions/markets: United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (China), Italy, Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom. We do not ship to any regions or countries not listed above.

3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Time by Region

Shipping costs and delivery time vary by region, and we offer free shipping for orders meeting the specified amount in most regions. The details are as follows:
North America (Including United States and Canada)
  • Free Shipping: Eligible for orders with a total amount of $69 or more.
  • Standard Shipping (for orders under $69): Shipping cost is $8.98, estimated delivery time is 10-12 working days.
  • Express Shipping (only available for the United States, not for Canada): Shipping cost is $11.98, estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days.
Australia
  • Free Shipping: Eligible for orders with a total amount of $69 or more.
  • Standard Shipping (for orders under $69): Shipping cost is $12.99, estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days.
Europe (Including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom)
  • Free Shipping: Eligible for orders with a total amount of $69 or more.
  • Standard Shipping (for orders under $69): Shipping cost is $12.99, estimated delivery time is 8-12 working days.
Asia (Including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China)
  • Free Shipping: All orders are eligible for free shipping, no minimum order amount required.
South America (Including Mexico)
  • Free Shipping: Eligible for orders with a total amount of $69 or more.
  • Standard Shipping (for orders under $69): Shipping cost is $8.98, estimated delivery time is 10-12 working days.

4. Customs Duties

For all orders shipped to any of the eligible regions mentioned above, we will bear all customs duties and taxes. You do not need to pay any additional customs fees when receiving your package.
