Exchanges and Returns
1. Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, accessories, and free gifts).
Non-returnable items include:
We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.
Returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference, color discrepancies).
2. Return Responsibility
Customer covers return shipping if:
The return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selection).
Seller covers return shipping if:
The return results from seller errors (e.g., wrong item shipped, quality defects).
3. Return Process
Request a Return: Submit a request via the order page/customer service, including the order number, reason, and photo proof (e.g., defects).
Approval: The seller will review and notify you of approval within 1-3 days.
Ship Back: Once approved, ship the item back within 5 days and provide the tracking number.
Refund: After inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 business days (original payment method or store credit).
4. Refund Details
Refund amount: Item price only (excluding original shipping fees).
Exchange: Available upon request, subject to stock availability.
5.Shipping Transit Restrictions
All shipments in transit are non-returnable until delivery is completed and the package is officially received by the customer.
Once the carrier marks the package as "delivered" in their tracking system, standard return policies will apply.
6.Order Cancellation & Merchant Processing Policy
I. Order Cancellation Rules
Cancellation Window:
Standard Products: Cancel within 48 hours after placing the order.
Pre-sale/Custom Products: Follow the specific timeframe stated on the product page (usually 2 hours after ordering).
Cancellation Conditions:
✅ Allowed: Cancellation request is submitted before the merchant marks the order as "Shipped."
❌ Not Allowed: If the order status is already "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible.
II. Merchant Processing Time
Standard Processing Time:
Regular Orders: Must be shipped within 1-3 business day after the order is placed.
Promotional Periods (e.g., sales events): Extended to 1-5 business day (must be announced in advance).
III. Late Processing Policy
If the merchant fails to ship within the required timeframe:
The cancellation restriction is automatically lifted.
The consumer can cancel the order at any time.
• Exchanges:
- For any exchange caused by our error, we provide free replacements with no additional charges.
- However, starting from the second exchange, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Returns and Refunds:
- In the event that a customer chooses to return an item for a refund, please note that
SLIM does not provide free return shipping.
